Job Requirements

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Experience in logistics or team services within sports preferably soccer
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to travel out of state or country for consecutive days

  • Endurance to work outdoors for extended periods in all weather conditions

Job Duties

  • Coordinate all elements of KC Current first team travel including flights, ground transportation, hotel, and training venues
  • Organize and communicate team schedules and information across the club
  • Work with away team venues and personnel to ensure seamless execution of match day process
  • Coordinate and manage team-related match-day operations for KC Current home games
  • Work cross-functionally with internal departments including venue operations, public relations, and security to execute successful processes, projects, and events
  • Compile and submit expenses, invoices, and reimbursements as necessary
  • Organize domestic and international travel and logistics for club staff
  • Advance the team to venues and prepare all hotel, training sites, and ground transportation for team arrival
  • Anticipate and solve logistical challenges in real-time with professionalism and efficiency
  • Interface with the Head of Operations on team environment requirements and team objectives
  • Other duties as assigned
