Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years previous restaurant management experience
  • current servsafe certification
  • must have a valid driver’s license
  • able to work 50-55 hours per week across multiple shifts
  • comfortable working in a fast paced environment

Job Duties

  • ensure our guests are receiving wow service everyday
  • supervise, direct, and hold team members accountable to buffalo wild wings service standards and all policies
  • ensure all food safety procedures and cleanliness are strictly adhered to according to health department, ecosure, and corporate regulations
  • work closely with the management team to meet food cost, bar cost, and labor cost goals
  • implement strategies to increase same store sales growth
  • maintain safe and vibrant working conditions
  • follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, company property, products, and equipment
  • audit inventory levels to ensure product availability and maintain product orders as necessary
