Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years previous restaurant management experience
  • Current ServSafe Certification
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Able to work 50-55 hours per week across multiple shifts
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment

Job Duties

  • Ensure our guests are receiving WOW service every day
  • Supervise, direct, and hold Team Members accountable to Buffalo Wild Wings service standards and all policies
  • Ensure all food safety procedures and cleanliness are strictly adhered to according to Health Department, Ecosure, and Corporate regulations
  • Work closely with the management team to meet food cost, bar cost, and labor cost goals
  • Implement strategies to increase same store sales growth
  • Maintain safe and vibrant working conditions
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, company property, products, and equipment
  • Audit inventory levels to ensure product availability and maintain product orders as necessary
