Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Completion of Team Leader training classes
- ServSafe certification in applicable states
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- Ability to stand and walk 90 to 95 percent of the shift
- Ability to lift and carry 15 to 25 pounds
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
Job Qualifications
- Six consecutive months of Jack in the Box experience with 100 percent workstation certification for internal promotions
- Or one year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Completion of Team Leader training classes
- ServSafe certification in applicable states
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Analytical skills and ability to perform basic math operations
- Basic knowledge of personal computers and software
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior
Job Duties
- Train and lead team members in delivering exceptional guest service
- Ensure quality and great tasting food is consistently prepared
- Execute on 20/20 guest expectations to enhance customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with all Jack in the Box procedures, systems, and standards
- Monitor and manage daily operational activities
- Support and motivate team to meet performance goals
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
