Job Qualifications
- 6 consecutive months Jack in the Box experience and 100% certified in all workstations for internal promotes
- or 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment
- excellent interpersonal skills
- basic knowledge of personal computers and related software applications
- demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
- self-starter who takes initiative and willingly accepts responsibility
Job Duties
- Train and lead team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- ensure great tasting and quality food
- execute on 20/20 guest expectations
- ensure compliance with all Jack in the Box procedures, systems, and standards
- supervise daily restaurant operations
- monitor food safety and service quality
- handle guest inquiries and resolve issues
- maintain a clean and safe work environment
