Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 consecutive months of experience at Jack in the Box or 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment
- Must be able to stand and walk 90-95 percent of shift
- Ability to lift and carry 15-25 pounds
- Ability to listen to guests, operate a cash register, and read video monitors
- Basic computer skills
- Must demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Completion of Team Leader training classes
- ServSafe certification in certain states
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform basic math operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, with additional languages considered a plus
Job Duties
- Train and lead team members in delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Ensure consistent preparation of great-tasting, quality food
- Execute on 20/20 guest expectations
- Ensure compliance with all Jack in the Box procedures, systems, and standards
- Maintain operational supervision and support daily restaurant functions
- Promote a positive and cooperative team environment
- Monitor and manage staff performance and development
