Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 consecutive months of experience at Jack in the Box or 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment
  • Must be able to stand and walk 90-95 percent of shift
  • Ability to lift and carry 15-25 pounds
  • Ability to listen to guests, operate a cash register, and read video monitors
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior

Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old
  • Completion of Team Leader training classes
  • ServSafe certification in certain states
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform basic math operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, with additional languages considered a plus

Job Duties

  • Train and lead team members in delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Ensure consistent preparation of great-tasting, quality food
  • Execute on 20/20 guest expectations
  • Ensure compliance with all Jack in the Box procedures, systems, and standards
  • Maintain operational supervision and support daily restaurant functions
  • Promote a positive and cooperative team environment
  • Monitor and manage staff performance and development
