Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • must complete Team Leader training classes
  • in certain states, must be ServSafe certified
  • ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
  • ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs
  • ability to stand and walk approximately 90-95 percent of shift
  • ability to listen to guests' orders, operate a cash register, and read video monitors

Job Qualifications

  • 6 consecutive months Jack in the Box experience with 100 percent certification in all workstations for internal promotes or 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • must complete Team Leader training classes
  • in certain states, must be ServSafe certified
  • ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to perform and understand basic math concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • proven analytical skills
  • good organization and planning skills
  • basic knowledge of personal computers and related software applications
  • demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior

Job Duties

  • train and lead team members in delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • ensure great tasting and quality food is consistently prepared
  • execute on 20/20 guest expectations
  • ensure compliance with all Jack in the Box procedures, systems and standards
  • supervise daily operations and support team member development
  • monitor food safety and sanitation practices
  • facilitate effective communication within the restaurant
