Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- must complete Team Leader training classes
- in certain states, must be ServSafe certified
- ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs
- ability to stand and walk approximately 90-95 percent of shift
- ability to listen to guests' orders, operate a cash register, and read video monitors
Job Qualifications
- 6 consecutive months Jack in the Box experience with 100 percent certification in all workstations for internal promotes or 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment
- must be at least 18 years old
- must complete Team Leader training classes
- in certain states, must be ServSafe certified
- ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to perform and understand basic math concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- proven analytical skills
- good organization and planning skills
- basic knowledge of personal computers and related software applications
- demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
Job Duties
- train and lead team members in delivering exceptional guest experiences
- ensure great tasting and quality food is consistently prepared
- execute on 20/20 guest expectations
- ensure compliance with all Jack in the Box procedures, systems and standards
- supervise daily operations and support team member development
- monitor food safety and sanitation practices
- facilitate effective communication within the restaurant
