Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in a restaurant operation
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • ability to work full-time, part-time, or varied shifts including day, evening and weekends
  • excellent communication skills
  • physical ability to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 30 pounds
  • ability to operate computerized point of sale system desirable

Job Duties

  • Providing an excellent guest experience
  • ensuring that great food is prepared and served
  • keeping the restaurant functional, clean and beautiful
  • controlling inventory
  • maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security
  • being a team player
  • leading a staff of 4-12 including assigning and evaluating work
  • assisting in the planning of special events and promotions
  • coordinating training needed for events
  • assisting with product ordering and inventory as needed
