Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in a restaurant operation
- supervisory experience preferred
- ability to work full-time, part-time, or varied shifts including day, evening and weekends
- excellent communication skills
- physical ability to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 30 pounds
- ability to operate computerized point of sale system desirable

Job Duties
- Providing an excellent guest experience
- ensuring that great food is prepared and served
- keeping the restaurant functional, clean and beautiful
- controlling inventory
- maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security
- being a team player
- leading a staff of 4-12 including assigning and evaluating work
- assisting in the planning of special events and promotions
- coordinating training needed for events
- assisting with product ordering and inventory as needed
