Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in the restaurant industry
  • Ability to work full time in person
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Willingness to complete an online application on the company website as part of the hiring process

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in the restaurant industry upper management experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills excellent communication skills and a team-first mentality
  • Ability to gain the respect of peers and lead by example
  • Appreciation and respect for team members holding them accountable while fostering a positive productive environment
  • Growth-minded and excited about advancing up the corporate ladder

Job Duties

  • Supervise the restaurant around upper management’s days/time off ensuring smooth operations
  • Learn a full grasp of all stations roles and duties including kitchen prep food stations customer service and certain managerial responsibilities
  • Spend much of your time working in a food station expediting orders or engaging in customer service
  • Assist with administrative tasks including inventory management ordering scheduling and labor management customer service outreach etc.
  • Build and maintain team morale while contributing to the positive work culture
