Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in the restaurant industry
- Ability to work full time in person
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to complete an online application on the company website as part of the hiring process

- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in the restaurant industry upper management experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills excellent communication skills and a team-first mentality

- Growth-minded and excited about advancing up the corporate ladder
Job Duties
- Supervise the restaurant around upper management’s days/time off ensuring smooth operations
- Learn a full grasp of all stations roles and duties including kitchen prep food stations customer service and certain managerial responsibilities
- Spend much of your time working in a food station expediting orders or engaging in customer service
- Assist with administrative tasks including inventory management ordering scheduling and labor management customer service outreach etc.
- Build and maintain team morale while contributing to the positive work culture
