Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • minimum 3-5 years of operational leadership experience
  • friendly and outgoing personality
  • ability and desire to self-start
  • able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
  • comfort and confidence in working with all levels of an organization
  • comfort and ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Servsafe certified or able to become certified within 6 months

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • minimum 3-5 years of operational leadership experience
  • ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
  • demonstrated leadership skills to develop and train store employees
  • Servsafe certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months

  • proven negotiation skills with vendors and suppliers
  • ability to develop and maintain brand standards
  • experience working in a team environment with senior executives and team members

Job Duties

  • Identify store food service potential and appropriate offerings
  • ensure a safe and clean food service area for customers
  • recommend product lines and promotions and monitor program implementation with leadership
  • reinforce company customer service standards
  • develop team members' knowledge on food service standards and procedures
  • monitor presentation and quality of food products
  • monitor competitive prices and recommend program enhancements
  • identify store strengths and weaknesses in food service and offer solutions
  • organize and prioritize promotions and products
  • negotiate with vendors on equipment and special programs
  • meet regularly with regional and district leaders to discuss current and future promotions
