Job Requirements
- Fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or medically/personal exempt
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Willingness to work evening shifts including weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Associate degree in related field preferred
- Five years of environmental services experience required
- Three years’ experience in a hospital setting preferred
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of infection control guidelines
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work evening shifts with weekend and holiday rotations
Job Duties
- Provide leadership and supervision for assigned environmental services personnel
- Ensure compliance with Southcoast EVS program and infection control standards
- Coordinate and collaborate with support service leadership to optimize frontline team performance
- Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance activities across regional facilities
- Monitor work quality and completion of assigned tasks
- Foster a positive work environment that values teamwork and accountability
- Address operational issues and implement solutions promptly
