Job Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or other compact licensure state
  • 3-5 years of acute care experience
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Ability to work days, Monday through Friday
  • Capability to manage hospital operations in the absence of the administrator on call
  • Effective communication skills
  • Commitment to hospital mission and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or other compact licensure state
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • 3-5 years of acute care experience
  • Prior leadership experience, preferably 1-2 years
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage hospital operations and coordinate multiple departments effectively

Job Duties

  • Coordinate patient care activities between all departments and campuses through direct communication with staff and leadership
  • Assist in the coordination of hospital operations to ensure regulatory, quality, and safety priorities are met
  • Act as the administrator designee in charge of hospital operations in the absence of the administrator on call
  • Contribute to and support administration and operations across multiple campuses
  • Demonstrate commitment to the hospital mission, goals, Deaconess First Standards, and procedures
  • Oversee adherence to standards of care and practice requirements
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among hospital departments and leadership teams
