Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or other compact licensure state
- 3-5 years of acute care experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Ability to work days, Monday through Friday
- Capability to manage hospital operations in the absence of the administrator on call
- Effective communication skills
- Commitment to hospital mission and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or other compact licensure state
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- 3-5 years of acute care experience
- Prior leadership experience, preferably 1-2 years
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage hospital operations and coordinate multiple departments effectively
Job Duties
- Coordinate patient care activities between all departments and campuses through direct communication with staff and leadership
- Assist in the coordination of hospital operations to ensure regulatory, quality, and safety priorities are met
- Act as the administrator designee in charge of hospital operations in the absence of the administrator on call
- Contribute to and support administration and operations across multiple campuses
- Demonstrate commitment to the hospital mission, goals, Deaconess First Standards, and procedures
- Oversee adherence to standards of care and practice requirements
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among hospital departments and leadership teams
