Job Requirements

  • Execute cash management duties with POS and shift reports
  • assist in inventory management to minimize loss
  • maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety
  • comply with safety and security standards
  • possess great customer service skills
  • have reliable transportation
  • ability to lift 50lbs
  • lead a team independently
  • operate phones, computers, fax machines and copiers
  • perform all job duties including pizza delivery
  • communicate and train team members
  • respond to customer concerns professionally

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant or retail management preferable
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • customer service oriented
  • proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic office equipment
  • ability to train and motivate team members
  • capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • reliable and team-oriented

Job Duties

  • Execute cash management duties with POS and shift reports
  • assist in the management of adequate inventory levels using company systems and guidelines to minimize loss
  • manage company assets by ensuring the restaurant is clean, safe and organized
  • comply with safety and security standards at all times
  • communicate, train and promote quality standards to team members
  • professionally and promptly respond to all customer concerns or issues
  • ability to perform job duties of all positions in the restaurant, including pizza delivery
