- Hands-on experience with brewing equipment

Job Duties
- Greet customers as they enter
- Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients
- Take orders while paying attention to details such as preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios
- Prepare beverages following recipes
- Serve beverages and prepared food including avocado toast, pastries and muffins
- Receive and process payments via credit cards
- Keep the bar area clean
- Maintain stock of clean cups and plates
- Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
- Monitor ingredient quality and alert management to any issues
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Continuously learn about coffee and share knowledge with customers
- Follow company policies including safety and quality standards
- Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to overall team success
- Create a welcoming atmosphere and engage with customers positively
- Place orders for the store's needs as keyholder
- Certified trainer for team members
