Job Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience working in warehousing or transportation industry preferred
- ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks
- ability to read and interpret work orders and shipping documents
- strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other related software
- ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
- eligibility to work in the United States
- ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- regular attendance
- compliance with company C-TPAT and TSA security procedures
- physically able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs individually and 70 lbs team lift

Job Duties
- Oversee and assist with the movement of freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, or containers, by hand or using trucks, tractors, or other equipment
- Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs
- Understand and carry out instructions given orally and in writing, including those on the manifest and other shipping documents
- Control and maintain all records required for accurate, on-time completion of shipments
- Work in a team environment to accomplish work assignments
- Ensure safety methods and programs are implemented and maintained
- Comply with company C-TPAT and TSA security procedures
- Provide guidance and act as a resource for questions and issue resolution with staff members with direction from management
- Create and maintain strong, positive working relationships with all employees/dock staff
- Perform other duties as assigned
