Job Requirements

  • Must have two years of education
  • minimum of five years of terrain park experience
  • minimum of two years of supervisory experience
  • must have a valid driver’s license
  • ability to work outside in alpine environment
  • ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • must have own ski or ride equipment

Job Duties

  • Training and coaching terrain park attendants and operators
  • organizing and conducting weekly safety meetings and documenting equipment and PPE trainings
  • leading daily terrain park operations and nightly design and construction plans
  • performing daily risk assessments, inspections, maintenance, and testing of all features
  • directing team to complete projects and general maintenance efficiently
  • assisting with design and construction planning for parks, pipes, and special events
  • assisting ski patrol on accident investigations
  • hiring, firing, and scheduling terrain park attendants
  • acting as liaison between attendants and management
  • assisting in the development of nightly grooming plans
  • overseeing park operations and decision making when manager is unavailable
  • promoting employee development and guest service initiatives
  • assisting in all training activities for terrain park attendants
  • developing standard operating procedures and best practices
  • performing other duties as assigned
