Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of work experience in a domestic help hospitality environment such as house cleaning company hotel country club or resort preferred
  • Work safely with cleaning chemicals handle fragile and valuable items ensure home security including locking doors setting alarms and pet security safety
  • Ability to work near around cleaning chemicals dust pet dander and other environmental allergens irritants
  • Frequently required to stand walk reach with hands and arms sit stoop kneel crouch and crawl
  • Occasionally required to lift and or move 30 pounds and push or pull up to 100 pounds
  • Must have clean driving record with driver's license
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States verification will be completed
  • Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug test

  • Flexible work schedule typically 9 to 5 but can vary daily

  • Ability to read write and communicate effectively with residents families and associates in English bilingual preferred English and Spanish
  • Knowledge and use of electronic technology such as smart phones tablets and computers

Job Duties

  • Lead team of 2 to 3 house cleaners responsible for meeting or exceeding company cleaning standards and customer satisfaction
  • Clean residential homes businesses or office locations
  • Ensure a clean and orderly environment
  • Move reasonably small furniture as necessary
  • Build strong customer relationships through friendly and personalized service
  • Anticipate and proactively address client needs
  • Maintain professional communication with customers and team members
