Job Requirements

  • at least 18 years of age
  • ability to work up to 40 hours per week
  • ability to stand or walk 5 to 8 hours per shift
  • must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • required to frequently reach, bend, stoop, and carry
  • must be able to work in both warm and cool environments indoors and outdoors
  • must be able to tolerate potential exposure to allergens including peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood, and shellfish
  • clear and professional demeanor
  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize with efficiency
  • at least 1 or 2 years of shift manager experience
  • passion for nutrition and active lifestyle a major plus

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • ensure effective restaurant operations in the absence of general manager or assistant general manager
  • provide top-quality food and beverages while maintaining strong cleanliness standards
  • run great shifts by following standards, controlling labor and cost of goods sold
  • ensure guest satisfaction and exceed objectives in driving sales
  • maintain food and labor costs
  • develop your team through coaching and leadership
  • engage customers and develop relationships
  • maintain positive morale among team members, provide direction, and delegate effectively
  • foresee, identify, and resolve any potential issues or problems throughout the shift
  • work the line or different positions as needed during the shift
  • prepare high-quality products consistently adhering to set standards and recipes
