  • Food Handler's Card
  • At least 2 years of prior culinary experience
  • Must be able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays due to business needs

Job Duties

  • Review the schedule for the day and create a break and lunch plan for all associates to follow
  • Ensure all associates in the kitchen follow the break and lunch plan and take their time off as required and directed in order to stay within State requirements
  • Take feedback from associates on scheduling availability requirements including nights, weekends, and holidays and provide this to the Chef before a schedule is created
  • Assist with breaks by taking over the role of the associate while they are out on break when no one else is available
  • Review the company rules of conduct including specific costuming and grooming standards and give direction to any associate not following policies and report to Supervisor or Chef
  • Help set up the kitchen when needed and work on the line as needed
