Job Duties
- Review daily schedule and create break and lunch plan for associates
- Ensure associates follow break and lunch plan in compliance with state requirements
- Collect scheduling availability feedback from associates and communicate to Chef
- Cover associate roles during breaks when no one else is available
- Enforce grooming and costume policies according to company and division guidelines
- Assist in setting up the kitchen
- Work on the kitchen line as needed
