Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week
- must be able to work variable shifts including openings, midday shifts and closings
- ability to manage others
- must be a high school graduate or have commensurate Jamba experience
- enrolled in college or college degree preferred
- computer skills including Microsoft software and register skills
- must be able to lift 30 to 40 pounds regularly
- ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop throughout shift
- ability to work in refrigerated and freezer environments with temperatures from 40 degrees F to -10 degrees F
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or commensurate Jamba experience
- enrolled in college or college degree preferred
- ability to manage others
- computer skills including Microsoft software and register skills
- excellent customer service skills
- effective communication skills
- leadership and team mentoring abilities
Job Duties
- Maintain shift operations excellence
- ensure store appearance and cleanliness comply with Jamba’s standards
- demonstrate exceptional shift leadership behaviors
- communicate all shift issues, concerns and needs to the General Manager
- respond to directives in an accurate and timely manner
- recognize and reward outstanding performance of shift team members
- educate and engage customers on Jamba’s products and services
