Job Duties

  • Implement maintain and own all internal communication systems including team calendar company social media presence office management client care communication systems and events team retention and recognition onboarding systems for new agents and staff and referrals
  • assist in creating and refining systems of departments such as customer service lead generation agent recruiting and tracking
  • maintain the team operations manual documenting all systems and standards not managed by technology
  • keep team leaders informed of problems or issues and help develop solutions
  • commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions and trainings
  • protect the time and resources of leaders and team members
  • contribute to team retention and recognition efforts
