Job Duties
- Greet agents, clients, and visitors warmly, creating a professional and welcoming environment
- answer, screen, and direct phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- maintain office supplies and inventory
- place orders as needed
- oversee scheduling and coordination of office spaces and conference rooms
- track and prepare reports as requested by the Market Center Administrator or Team Leader
- handle general office communications including emails, newsletters, and event reminders
- promote and protect the Keller Williams culture by ensuring a positive, professional, and service-minded environment
- assist with event coordination such as team meetings, celebrations, and client appreciation events
- build strong relationships with agents, staff, and guests
- support leadership with administrative tasks
- uphold confidentiality with agent and client information
- take initiative to solve problems, anticipate needs, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
