Job Requirements
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs
- ability to work a majority of home games and other events which typically include nights, weekends, and holidays throughout the season
- availability to maintain a flexible schedule as games are scheduled on nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a customer service environment
- previous experience as a team attendant a plus
- outstanding work ethic
- strong detail orientation
- ability to multi-task and complete assignments in a fast-paced environment
- must have reliable transportation to and from the arena
Job Duties
- Responsible for all pre and post-game locker room and courtside setup and teardown of game equipment
- perform all laundry duties including washing, folding, and storing towels and uniforms
- complete all game day duties including set up of drinks and towels, restocking refreshments and equipment, and assisting the team with rebounding and mopping the court in a proactive and timely manner
- provide needs of players, coaching staff, and WNBA officials as needed
- other duties as assigned
