Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of relevant assembly experience
  • Compliance with ITAR as a US Person
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background screening
  • Passing a drug test including cannabis screening
  • Ability to use hand tools such as torque drivers
  • Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to work indoors in an environmentally controlled manufacturing setting
  • Must use required personal protective equipment
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions
  • Capable of sitting for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and problem recognition
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Demonstrates competency typically 1-2 years of direct experience in essential functions of the position
  • Ability to use a variety of hand tools including torque drivers
  • Proficient in electronic mail software
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning ERP software
  • Strong comprehension skills to understand and apply written and oral information
  • Effective communication skills for written and verbal interaction
  • Excellent near vision and visual color discrimination
  • Good finger dexterity for manipulating small objects
  • Problem sensitivity to recognize and report issues
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to maintain selective attention during repetitive tasks

Job Duties

  • Perform basic electronic, electromechanical, mechanical or measurement product assembly operations on product components, assemblies, or subassemblies
  • Perform repetitive duties in a single piece flow mixed model cell
  • Follow methods and sequence of operations in performing component installation and fitting on assembly units
  • Make setups and adjustments holding tolerances to work instructions
  • Perform basic functional tests such as Hi-pot and continuity tests
  • May work on other cells to perform basic assembly tasks as needed
