Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of relevant assembly experience
- Compliance with ITAR as a US Person
- Successful completion of pre-employment background screening
- Passing a drug test including cannabis screening
- Ability to use hand tools such as torque drivers
- Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work indoors in an environmentally controlled manufacturing setting
- Must use required personal protective equipment
- Ability to perform repetitive motions
- Capable of sitting for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem recognition
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Demonstrates competency typically 1-2 years of direct experience in essential functions of the position
- Ability to use a variety of hand tools including torque drivers
- Proficient in electronic mail software
- Experience with enterprise resource planning ERP software
- Strong comprehension skills to understand and apply written and oral information
- Effective communication skills for written and verbal interaction
- Excellent near vision and visual color discrimination
- Good finger dexterity for manipulating small objects
- Problem sensitivity to recognize and report issues
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to maintain selective attention during repetitive tasks
Job Duties
- Perform basic electronic, electromechanical, mechanical or measurement product assembly operations on product components, assemblies, or subassemblies
- Perform repetitive duties in a single piece flow mixed model cell
- Follow methods and sequence of operations in performing component installation and fitting on assembly units
- Make setups and adjustments holding tolerances to work instructions
- Perform basic functional tests such as Hi-pot and continuity tests
- May work on other cells to perform basic assembly tasks as needed
