Job Requirements

- 1-2 years of direct experience in assembly operations
- ability to see details at close range
- ability to distinguish colors
- dexterous finger movements
- awareness of potential problems and ability to notify others

- ability to use hand tools including torque drivers
- familiarity with email software
- knowledge of ERP software
- ability to work indoors in a controlled manufacturing environment

- ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- must be a US Person under ITAR

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of direct experience in electronic, electromechanical, or mechanical assembly
- ability to understand and apply information conveyed in written and oral formats
- strong communication skills for conveying information clearly
- near vision capabilities for close-range detail work
- visual color discrimination skills
- finger dexterity for handling small components
- problem sensitivity to recognize and report issues
- customer service orientation to respond to customer needs
- selective attention to maintain focus over time
- proficiency with hand tools including torque drivers
- experience with electronic mail software
- familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
Job Duties
- perform basic electronic, electromechanical, mechanical or measurement product assembly operations on product components, assemblies, or subassemblies
- perform repetitive duties in a single piece flow mixed model cell
- follow methods and sequence of operations in performing component installation and fitting on assembly units
- make setups and adjustments holding tolerances to work instructions
- perform basic functional tests such as hi-pot and continuity tests
- work on other cells to perform basic assembly tasks as needed
