Job Requirements
- Associates degree or equivalent
- six months to one year of related experience
- computer literate with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
- experience with travel, hotel, and meeting arrangements
- ability to operate phone systems, copiers, printers, and fax machines
- ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- ability to take dictation and write meeting minutes
- ability to perform basic math operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- exceptional proofreading skills
- strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- excellent customer service skills

Job Duties
- Communicate the core values and mission of BlueStar Resort and Golf to support the achievement of company goals
- maintain effective communication with all team members to maintain a smooth, informed, and consistent atmosphere related to office functions
- maintain confidentiality regarding all human resources and business matters
- onboard new team members, ensure all required system access is provided, and perform new hire orientations
- respond to phone calls and correspondence
- manage all duties related to the hiring process from new hire through termination
- process bi-weekly payroll and benefits
- process workman’s compensation claims
- process incoming invoices and maintain monthly accounts receivable including member accounts
- reconcile monthly statements and coordinate month-end accounting processes
- prepare and submit daily reports for the corporate office
- maintain and assist users with office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and printers
- assist in budgeting processes
- manage retail outlets including inventory entry, merchandising, monthly counts and reports
- onboard new community members and conduct new member orientations
- act as first point of contact for member relations
- compose and proofread documents such as correspondence, contracts, reports, and memorandums
- coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserve facilities, and record and transcribe meeting minutes
- perform general clerical duties such as photocopying and preparing packages for shipment
- other duties as assigned
