Job Requirements

  • must have an associate’s degree in aviation from an accredited college or university
  • or a minimum of 1 year of experience as a ta or similar role in a stem field
  • or one year of relevant aviation experience such as former cti instructor, flight dispatcher, flight/airline coordinator
  • us citizenship is required
  • ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance

Job Qualifications

  • ability to work collaboratively with instructors and other staff
  • enthusiasm for teaching and supporting student development
  • flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic learning environment

Job Duties

  • assist instructors with non-instructional tasks to streamline the teaching process
  • serve as an instructor for the air traffic basics course
  • provide support and guidance to students in specific situations to enhance their learning experience
  • prepare and organize course materials and resources
  • monitor student progress
