Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- basic math and communication skills
- willingness to learn
- physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
Job Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
- knowledge of tea types and brewing techniques beneficial
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- attention to detail and ability to multitask
- basic math skills for handling payments
- food safety certification a plus.
Job Duties
- Greet customers
- prepare and serve hot/cold beverages
- share knowledge and suggest menu items to customers
- clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment
- check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning
- receive and process payments
- prepare foods such as muffins, pastries, bagels, etc.
