Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cooking or food preparation preferred
- Knowledge of food health and safety procedures
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens and fryers
- Ability to follow recipes and measure ingredients accurately
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Practice, support and promote company-wide culture
- Demonstrate service standards at all times
- Set up, clean up and organize work stations
- Prepare, weight, measure and mix ingredients for shift
- Wash vegetables, chop and season meats
- Ensure kitchen area, ovens, food equipment, utensils and grills are cleaned and ready for use
- Cook orders according to food and health safety standards
- Handle and serve multiple food orders at one time
- Deliver food order to team members in a timely manner
- Store all food properly per hierarchy and policy
- Sanitize and clean work stations and utensils
- Assist other cooks in preparing food
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines
