Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Minimum of two years fast food experience
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Ability to qualify for and maintain a class 'A' gaming license
Responsible Beverage Service certification
Food Handlers Certificate
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 50lb
Willingness to follow manager directions
Ability to work well in a team
Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards

Job Qualifications

A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
At least two years of fast food experience
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to write simple correspondence
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests and team members
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and multiply and divide with 10's and 100's using American money and measurement units
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple instructions
Must qualify to obtain and maintain a class 'A' gaming license
Responsible Beverage Service certification
Food Handlers Certificate
Working knowledge of Micros for cash handling
Ability to create latte art
Ability to multi task
Ability to offer quality guest service
Ability to work in a team environment
Must be able to lift up to 50lb
Capable of working in a safe and clean environment
Willing and capable of following directions from Manager at all times
Fluent in reading and speaking English

Job Duties

Adhere to all rules, policies and regulations as stated in the Pechanga Team Member Handbook while striving to improve standards of operation
Ensure that the standard operating procedures for Food & Beverage are followed
Work as a team player and assists coworkers in achieving goals of the outlet
willing to cross train and assist TDR when needed
Display knowledge of the food and beverage menu and pricing for TDR Blends
Responsible for taking internal guest orders, placing them in Micros (POS) and collecting payment
Follow proper cash handling procedures, maintain the cash drawer and follow appropriate closing cash handling policies and procedures
Assist internal guests in a friendly and professional manner while meeting or exceeding their expectations
Maintain appropriate stock of condiments and supplies
Sweep and mop floors and empty trash as needed
Other duties as assigned
