Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must obtain SERVSAFE certification within one year of hire
- Must be knowledgeable of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point)
- Must obtain Snohomish County Health Food Handler's Permit within 60 days of hire
- Must obtain Class 12 Washington State Liquor Permit within 30 days of hire
- Must attend progressive training as job functions or duties require
- Must pass background investigation for Tribal Gaming License or Permit
- Must be flexible to work any shift, including days, swings, graveyards, weekends, holidays, and special events
- Must have successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes or other employers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum two years experience in full service restaurant and/or bar serving or mixing alcoholic beverages, food hall, or fast food unit
- Minimum two years experience in restaurant or food service environment utilizing guest service skills
- Minimum two years cash handling experience using cash register and/or point of sale system
- Minimum two years supervisory experience in front of house operation in full service restaurant, bar, food hall, fast food unit or buffet
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong math skills related to department industry financials
Job Duties
- Assist in daily administrative and operational tasks of fast casual food and beverage operations
- Ensure compliance with casino and departmental policies, procedures, and regulations
- Perform comps and voids and authorize early outs
- Cover shifts and assist front line staff as needed
- Motivate, train, develop, and supervise fast casual attendants and crew members
- Ensure staff provides exceptional food and beverage guest experience
- Work toward budgetary goals for assigned venue(s)
