Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Two years cooking course from an accredited school preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong math skills related to restaurant industry
- Minimum four years cooking experience in high volume dinner house, cafeteria, or buffet
- Minimum two years supervisory experience in high volume food service settings
- Minimum one year experience maintaining par levels in kitchen operations
- Knowledge of HACCP
- Obtain Health Food Handler's permit within 60 days
- Certified with National Restaurant Association SERVSAFE food protection certification within 1 year
- Pass background investigation for Tribal Gaming License or Permit
- Available to work days, swing, grave, weekends, and holidays
- Successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes or other employers

Job Duties
- Supervise Heart of House team members including scheduling and daily assignments
- Oversee set up and preparation of all food items in the Garde Manger section
- Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation standards are met
- Develop a positive work environment and train team members
- Ensure compliance with all food safety policies, procedures, and regulations
- Assist the Garde Manger Chef with duties as required
