Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must obtain and hold a WA State Food Worker’s card within 60 days from date of hire
- Must obtain a Tips Certification within two months from date of hire
- Must be able to work any assigned shift including days, swing, grave, weekends, and holidays
- Must have successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers
- Basic math skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Successful completion of a culinary training program considered in lieu of experience
- Minimum of six months work experience as a fast food order cook or prep cook
- Minimum of six months cash handling experience or successful completion of training
- Minimum of six months experience working with the public utilizing guest relation skills or completion of training
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve all menu items including hot and cold orders
- Maintain high standards of quality and appearance for all food prepared and served
- Set up and breakdown station on assigned shifts
- Provide exceptional guest service following established Food & Beverage procedures
- Operate cash register and point of sale system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
