Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- must obtain and hold a WA State Food Worker’s card within 60 days from date of hire
- must obtain Tips Certification within two months from date of hire
- must be able to work any assigned shift including days, swing, graveyard, weekends, and holidays
- must have successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- successful completion of culinary training program may be considered in lieu of experience
- basic math skills required
- minimum six months experience as a fast food order cook or prep cook
- minimum six months cash handling experience or successful completion of training
- minimum six months experience working with the public using guest relation skills or completion of training
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve all menu items including hot and cold orders
- maintain high standards of quality and appearance for all food prepared and served
- set up and break down assigned food stations during shifts
- operate cash register and point of sale system accurately
- provide excellent guest service following Food & Beverage standard operating procedures
- maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- comply with health and safety regulations
