Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- must obtain and hold a WA State Food Worker’s card within 60 days from date of hire
- must obtain tips certification within two months from date of hire
- must be able to work any assigned shift including days, swing, grave, weekends, and holidays
- must have successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes or other employers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- successful completion of culinary training program may be considered
- basic math skills
- minimum six months experience as a fast food order cook or prep cook
- minimum six months cash handling experience or successful completion of training
- minimum six months experience working with the public or completion of guest relation training
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve hot and cold menu items maintaining high quality and appearance
- set up and break down assigned work stations for each shift
- provide excellent guest service in accordance with Food & Beverage procedures
- operate cash register and point of sale systems accurately
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in food preparation areas
- collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- adhere to all health and safety regulations
