Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must obtain and hold a WA State Food Worker’s card within 60 days from date of hire
- Must obtain a Tips Certification within two months from date of hire
- Must be able to work any assigned shift including days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays
- Must have successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Successful completion of culinary training program may be considered in lieu of experience
- At least six months experience as a fast food order cook or prep cook
- Six months experience in cash handling or successful completion of cash handling training
- Six months experience working with the public and utilizing guest relation skills or completion of guest service training
- Basic math skills
- Ability to operate point of sale system
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve all menu items including hot and cold orders
- Maintain high standards of quality and appearance of food prepared and served
- Set up and break down assigned station for shifts
- Provide the highest level of guest service according to Food & Beverage standard operating procedures
- Operate cash register and/or point of sale system
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met
- Assist with inventory and supply management as needed
