Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must obtain and hold a WA State Food Worker’s card within 60 days of hire
  • Must obtain Tips Certification within two months of hire
  • Must pass background investigation for Tribal Gaming License or Permit
  • Must have successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes or other employers
  • Must have basic math skills
  • Must be able to work assigned shifts including days, swing, graveyard, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • Successful completion of culinary training program may substitute experience
  • Minimum of six months experience as a fast food order cook or prep cook
  • Minimum of six months cash handling experience or successful completion of training
  • Minimum of six months experience working with the public or completion of guest relations training
  • Knowledge of HACCP
  • Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve hot and cold menu items while maintaining quality and appearance
  • Set up and break down assigned food stations on each shift
  • Operate cash register and point of sale systems accurately
  • Maintain highest level of guest service according to Food & Beverage standard operating procedures
  • Adhere to food safety standards including HACCP guidelines
  • Work assigned shifts including days, swing, graveyard, weekends, and holidays
  • Successfully pass background investigation for Tribal Gaming License or Permit
