Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must obtain and hold a WA State Food Worker’s card within 60 days of hire
- Must obtain Tips Certification within two months of hire
- Must pass background investigation for Tribal Gaming License or Permit
- Must have successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes or other employers
- Must have basic math skills
- Must be able to work assigned shifts including days, swing, graveyard, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Successful completion of culinary training program may substitute experience
- Minimum of six months experience as a fast food order cook or prep cook
- Minimum of six months cash handling experience or successful completion of training
- Minimum of six months experience working with the public or completion of guest relations training
- Knowledge of HACCP
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve hot and cold menu items while maintaining quality and appearance
- Set up and break down assigned food stations on each shift
- Operate cash register and point of sale systems accurately
- Maintain highest level of guest service according to Food & Beverage standard operating procedures
- Adhere to food safety standards including HACCP guidelines
- Work assigned shifts including days, swing, graveyard, weekends, and holidays
- Successfully pass background investigation for Tribal Gaming License or Permit
