Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must obtain and hold WA State Food Worker’s card within 60 days of hire
  • Must obtain Tips Certification within two months of hire
  • Must be able to work any assigned shift including days, swing, grave, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes or other employers
  • Must pass background investigation for Tribal Gaming License or Permit

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • Successful completion of culinary training program may be considered
  • Basic math skills required
  • Minimum six months experience as fast food order cook or prep cook
  • Minimum six months cash handling or equivalent training
  • Minimum six months experience in guest relations or completion of related training
  • Knowledge of HACCP
  • Ability to pass background check for Tribal Gaming License

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve menu items including hot and cold orders
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Set up and break down stations on assigned shifts
  • Operate cash register and point of sale systems accurately
  • Provide excellent guest service in accordance with Food & Beverage operational procedures
  • Follow all health and safety regulations including HACCP guidelines
  • Assist with cleaning and maintaining a safe work environment
