Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • high school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • minimum six months experience working with the public utilizing guest relations skills
  • minimum six months experience serving beer, wine and cocktails in a restaurant, lounge or casino setting
  • minimum six months cashiering experience
  • ability to obtain and hold a Class 12 Liquor permit within 60 days from date of hire
  • ability to obtain and hold a Food Handler's card within 60 days from date of hire
  • must be able to work any shift assigned including days, swing, grave, weekends and holidays
  • team members may be subject to fit for duty testing
  • must have successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Serve food and drinks to guests demonstrating positive guest relations
  • operate point of sale system to accept money and make change
  • assist bartenders with stocking supplies and making coffee
  • maintain cleanliness and general cleaning tasks
  • deliver prompt and courteous service to cabaret guests
  • ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations
  • support team members during busy periods
