Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be able to lift and carry a servers tray weighing up to 30 lbs on a continuous basis
  • Team members may be subject to fit for duty testing
  • Must have basic math skills
  • Must be able to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends and/or holidays
  • Must have successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers
  • Must be able to obtain and hold a Food Handler's card within 60 days from hire date
  • Must be able to obtain and hold a Class 12 Liquor permit within 60 days from hire date

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of six months experience serving beer, wine, and cocktails
  • Minimum of six months cashiering experience
  • Minimum of six months experience working with the public utilizing customer relation skills
  • Ability to work any assigned shift including days, swing, grave, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to obtain and hold a Food Handler's card within 60 days from hire date
  • Ability to obtain and hold a Class 12 Liquor permit within 60 days from hire date
  • Successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers

Job Duties

  • Serve food and drinks to guests demonstrating and promoting positive guest relations
  • Work with a point of sale system, accept money, and make changes when needed
  • Assist Bartender with stocking, making coffee, and general cleaning
  • Ensure orders are accurately taken and delivered promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
  • Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional guest experiences
  • Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food and beverage service
