Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • must be able to obtain and hold a Class 12 Liquor permit within 60 days of hire
  • must be able to obtain and hold a Food Handler's card within 60 days of hire
  • must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit
  • must be able to work any assigned shift including days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays
  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • two years bartending experience
  • basic math skills and cashier skills
  • successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes or other employers

Job Qualifications

  • graduate from a bartending academy preferred
  • two years experience bartending in a full service bar
  • basic math skills

  • ability to communicate effectively
  • friendly and professional demeanor

Job Duties

  • Serve food to guests
  • mix and serve drinks
  • stock supplies
  • keep accurate records of inventory
  • accept money and make change
  • maintain the highest level of customer service and food and beverage standards
  • work various shifts including days, swing, grave, weekends, and holidays
