Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- able to work any assigned shift including days, swing, grave, weekends, and holidays
- must pass background investigation for Tribal Gaming License or Permit
- must be able to obtain and hold Class 12 Liquor permit within 60 days from date of hire
- must be able to obtain and hold Food Handler's card within 60 days from date of hire
- two years bartending experience at a full service bar
- high school diploma or GED preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- graduate from a bartending academy preferred
- two years experience bartending at a full service bar
- basic math skills
- cashier skills
- ability to obtain and hold Class 12 Liquor permit within 60 days
- ability to obtain and hold Food Handler's card within 60 days
- successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes or other employers
Job Duties
- Serve food and drinks to guests
- mix and serve various beverages
- stock bar supplies and maintain inventory records
- handle cash transactions and make change accurately
- uphold customer service and beverage standards set by management
- ensure compliance with licensing and safety regulations
- work flexible shifts including holidays and weekends
