Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • able to work any assigned shift including days, swing, grave, weekends, and holidays
  • must pass background investigation for Tribal Gaming License or Permit
  • must be able to obtain and hold Class 12 Liquor permit within 60 days from date of hire
  • must be able to obtain and hold Food Handler's card within 60 days from date of hire
  • two years bartending experience at a full service bar
  • high school diploma or GED preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • graduate from a bartending academy preferred
  • two years experience bartending at a full service bar
  • basic math skills
  • cashier skills
  • ability to obtain and hold Class 12 Liquor permit within 60 days
  • ability to obtain and hold Food Handler's card within 60 days
  • successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes or other employers

Job Duties

  • Serve food and drinks to guests
  • mix and serve various beverages
  • stock bar supplies and maintain inventory records
  • handle cash transactions and make change accurately
  • uphold customer service and beverage standards set by management
  • ensure compliance with licensing and safety regulations
  • work flexible shifts including holidays and weekends
