Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- must have high school diploma or GED equivalent
- must have minimum of three years managerial experience in high volume bar or nightclub
- must have minimum of three years bartending or serving experience
- must have minimum of two years POS system experience
- must be certified with National Restaurant Association SERVSAFE food protection within one year of hire
- must obtain health food handler's permit within 60 days of hire
- must obtain Class 12 Washington State Liquor permit within 30 days of hire
- must have knowledge of HAACP
- must know state and federal labor laws, health codes, and liquor laws
- must be able to pass background investigation for Tribal Gaming License or Permit
- must be able to work any shift including days, swing, grave, weekends, and holidays
- must have a successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes or other employers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- accredited courses in business and/or hospitality preferred
- minimum of three years experience as manager or supervisor in high volume bar or nightclub with food service
- minimum of three years experience as bartender or server in high volume bar or nightclub
- minimum of two years POS system experience
- knowledge of MS Word and Excel preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong math skills related to financials
Job Duties
- Oversee daily administrative and operational tasks of Beverage & Bars Operations
- manage financial analysis and budgeting for the department
- ensure sanitation, safety, and compliance with health codes
- motivate, train, develop, and manage team members
- maintain highest culinary standards as set by management
- provide exceptional food and beverage guest experience
- troubleshoot POS system issues
