Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate in English with guests and co-workers
  • employee must meet viral communication standards
  • ability to work within a team environment
  • identification that establishes identity
  • identification that establishes right to work in the United States
  • possession of a Southern Nevada Health District Card

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of previous experience in a food server position
  • preferably in a fine dining establishment
  • ability to communicate effectively in English with guests and co-workers
  • knowledge of food and beverage menus including wine and alcoholic beverages
  • professional appearance and demeanor
  • ability to work within a team environment
  • willingness to accept performance feedback

Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a friendly manner
  • promote current specials and upsell menu items
  • take food and beverage orders accurately
  • deliver orders promptly to guests
  • maintain excellent customer service throughout the dining experience
  • ensure proper identification for guests who appear under 35 years old
  • collaborate with kitchen staff and food runner to ensure order accuracy
  • present a professional attitude and appearance
  • maintain communication with managers
  • adhere to company policies and procedures
