Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate in English with guests and co-workers

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of previous experience in a food server position
- preferably in a fine dining establishment
- ability to communicate effectively in English with guests and co-workers
- knowledge of food and beverage menus including wine and alcoholic beverages
- professional appearance and demeanor
- ability to work within a team environment
- willingness to accept performance feedback
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly manner
- promote current specials and upsell menu items
- take food and beverage orders accurately
- deliver orders promptly to guests
- maintain excellent customer service throughout the dining experience
- ensure proper identification for guests who appear under 35 years old
- collaborate with kitchen staff and food runner to ensure order accuracy
- present a professional attitude and appearance
- maintain communication with managers
- adhere to company policies and procedures
