Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- excellent math skills
- minimum one year cash handling experience
- minimum one year experience working with the public using customer relation skills
- minimum six months cashier experience
- knowledge of bingo operations, policies, and procedures related to assigned activities
- ability to pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit
- ability to work any assigned shift including days, swing, grave, weekends, and holidays
- successful employment history with Tulalip Tribal or other employment entities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- minimum one year cash handling experience
- minimum one year experience in customer relations
- minimum six months cashier experience
- knowledge of bingo operations and policies
- ability to use cash handling equipment accurately
Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers with bingo related questions
- perform money transactions including card sales and pulltab auditing
- conduct prize payouts using cash registers and currency counters
- maintain accurate logs and records of money transactions, sales forms, revenue, and jackpots
- ensure compliance with bingo policies and procedures
- provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries
- work assigned shifts including days, swings, grave, weekends, and holidays
