Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or retail management
  • Demonstrated leadership ability managing teams
  • Experience with financial management including P&L responsibility
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to stand and move throughout the restaurant for extended periods

  • Proven experience in restaurant or retail management
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to manage financial operations including budgeting and P&L
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Job Duties

  • Recruit and train high-performing crew members

  • Manage restaurant profit and loss (P&L) to ensure financial success
