Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or retail management
- Demonstrated leadership ability managing teams
- Experience with financial management including P&L responsibility
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand and move throughout the restaurant for extended periods

Job Duties
- Recruit and train high-performing crew members
