Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in legal, business or technology related field
- 1+ years relevant SAP consulting or industry experience
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate 2-3 days per week
- Good understanding of supply chain management processes
- Experience in other SAP modules besides SAP GTS
- Technical knowledge in ABAP and SAP PL
- Ability to travel up to 10-20%
- Accredited with licensed CPA if eligible, or licensed Attorney, or enrolled agent, or relevant certifications such as US Customhouse Broker's License, CUSECO, or equivalent foreign credentials
- Willingness and ability to obtain technology certifications including CBAP, Certified SAFe, MCSD, PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect and others
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Knowledge of export regulations including ITAR/EAR
- Strong team and organizational skills with ability to self-manage time and tasks
- Ability to manage client and cross-functional team expectations
- Creativity to design innovative solutions aligned with best practices

- Education with SAP focus in areas like S/4 or ECC Sales and Distribution, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Material Master, Transportation Management
- Software aptitude in PowerPoint, MS Project, Access, Excel, or Visio
- Experience presenting to clients or decision makers
- Knowledge of export regulations including ITAR/EAR
- Strong research, writing, verbal communication, and project management skills
- Understanding of end-to-end processes and attention to detailed design
- Strong team, organizational skills, and ability to self-manage time and tasks
- Ability to manage client and cross-functional team expectations
- Ability to design 'out of the box' solutions aligned with leading practices and differentiated business outcomes
Job Duties
- Deliver complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment
- Lead and assist customer and sales operations pursuits and practice development initiatives
- Promote and participate in forums for sharing expertise, strengthening Deloitte's collective knowledge, and helping resolve clients' challenges
- Collaborate on innovative solutions to bolster the future of the practice
- Develop knowledge and gain project experience in SAP's newest solutions such as SAP S/4 and SAP GTS, Edition for HANA
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for GTS projects
- Lead and/or facilitate business process definition and modeling
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for development and configuration
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within SAP GTS solutions
- Guide a team to implement and configure software to replicate business processes and reporting needs
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end users and client teams
- Ensure SAP GTS solutions comply with relevant regulations, standards, and organizational policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, infrastructure, and business teams for seamless service delivery and support
