Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment or related work experience
- Strong computer skills to utilize programs such as OpenTable
- Good communication skills are a necessity
- Fluency in English is required
- Must have current work authorization in the United States
- Ability to speak Spanish preferred
- Must be able to stand for 8+ hours

Job Duties
- Responsible for greeting and seating guests in an efficient manner
- Manage guest reservations and respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
- Answer phone calls, confirm reservations, and make new reservations
- Respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner
- Adapt to work in any of the Food & Beverage outlets at the property as needed
